Swine Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine, Live(SA14-14-2 Strain)
QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION Live freeze dried vaccine developed with Swine Japanese Encephalitis, SA14-14-2 Strain., vaccinated with 1 dose containing ≥105.0PFU. DESCRIPTION A Milky white or slightly yellow spongy mass, it will be separated from flask-wall easily and be red-orange liquid after be disengaged from the bottle in diluent. ACTION AND USE The vaccine is used for prevention of Swine Japanese Encephalitis. The duration of immunity is about 6 months for piglets and 9 months for sows. ADMINISTRATION The vaccine can be administered by intramuscular administration. Measure the correct volume of the special diluent for the number of pigs to be vaccinated according to doses of vials. Intramuscularly inject 1 dose in piglets, sows and boars. Recommended immunization schedule:Intramuscularly inject 1 dose in boars and sows 6-7 months before mating or 20-30 days before the onset of mosquito. Vaccination will be every 6 months in tropical areas. ADVERSE REACTION Vaccination with the vaccine may generally not induce adverse reactions. PRECAUTIONS Avoid high temperature, disinfectants and straightly sunlight in the process of transport, storage and using. Vaccinate only healthy pigs. Disinfect the used instruments and containers along with the leftover vaccines and one piglet correspond to one pinhead. All used instruments should be sterilized before. The vaccines should be used within 2 hours after dissolved.
