Swine Pseudorabies Vaccine, Live（HB-98 Strain）

QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Live freeze dried vaccine containing ≥10^5.0TCID₅₀ Double Gene-negative Mutant of Pseudorabies (HB-98 Strain ) Virus per dose.
DESCRIPTION
A milky spongy gobbet. It can be disengaged from the bottle easily and melted rapidly in diluent or sterile saline solution.
ACTION AND USE
The vaccine is used for active immunization of healthy pigs against disease caused by Pseudorabies virus.
ADMINISTRATION
The vaccine can be administered by subcutaneous or intramuscular administration. Measure the correct volume of the special diluent or sterile saline solution for the number of pigs to be vaccinated according to doses of vials.
Recommended immunization schedule：intranasal or intramuscular immunization in PRV antibody-negative piglets of one-week-old; intramuscular immunization in 45-day-old piglets with PRV maternal antibodies; the breeding sows should be vaccinated every 4 months; the gilt sows should be intramuscular injected at 6 month old and the booster immunization should be 1 month later, also the third immunization should be 1 month before breeding. Boars should be immunized every spring and autumn.
ADVERSE REACTION
Vaccination with the vaccine may generally not induce adverse reactions.
PRECAUTIONS
Avoid high temperature, disinfectants and straightly sunlight in the process of transport, storage and using.
Strictly sterilize the injection site.
The vaccines should be used within 2 hours after dissolved.
Disinfect the used instruments and containers along with the leftover vaccines.
