Swine Infections Pleuropneumonia Trivalent Vaccine, Inactivated
QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION 1ml of the vaccine contains inactivated APP-1,2 and 7 serotypes strains ≥5×108CFU DESCRIPTION Milky white emulsion ACTION AND USE The vaccine is used for the prevention of swine infectious pleuropneumonia caused by APP-1,2 and 7 serotypes strains. The duration of immunity is about 6 months. ADMINISTRATION Bring the vaccine bottle to room temperature. Shake vaccine bottle well before and during use. Inject 2ml by neck muscular (2ml/dose). Recommended immunization schedule: the piglets should be vaccinated when they are 35-40 days old and revaccinated 4 weeks later; the breeding sows should be vaccinated both 6 weeks and 2 weeks before breeding and with a revaccination scheduled every 6 months. PRECAUTIONS Vaccinate only healthy pigs. Reconstituted vaccine should be used within one day. Bring the vaccine bottle to room temperature. Shake vaccine bottle well before and during use. Vaccinate in farms with disease outbreaks only after the control of infection by drugs. It will be automatically recovered later when some pigs appears to be fervescence, inappetency and inflammation at the injection site. All used instruments should be sterilized before. Disinfect the used instruments and containers along with the leftover vaccines. ADVERSE REACTION Vaccination may cause a slight temperature reaction but no abortion, stillbirth, birth defects or other adverse reactions. Due to individual differences or other reasons (malnutrition, weakness, latent infection, parasites, transportation or environmental stress, decreased immunity, etc.), a small number of pigs may have allergic signs. It is recommended to inject antihypersensitivity drugs such as dexamethasone and epinephrine, together with the use of adjuvant therapy measures.
