Wu Bin, Professor. Prof. Wu has been working on research, education, technical extension and service of preventive veterinary medicine. He has focused on the etiology and epidemiological survey of the swine streptococcosis, swine atrophic rhinitis, colibacillosis, foot-and-mouth disease, Japanese encephalitis.He is now in charge of following research programs: the integration and setting example of the prevention and control technology for swine fever plus pseudorabies (item of National Science and Technology Support Plan), the research and setting example of integrated immune technique for the main epidemics of swine and chicken. He had over 50 publications just in resent three years, including 5 papers indexed by SCI, 27 on first class journals, 21 on core journals.He has ever participated in lots of national and international academic meetings, and organized the seminar for purification and control of pig diseases. Otherwise, he has almost 10 achievements in research and was awarded 2 second award for National Science and Technology Progress, 3 second award for Provincial Science and Technology Progress honored.
